Students have access to a full SACE programme, which includes pre-requisites for specific university courses. Additionally, the school offers a range of Vocational Education and Training courses at both regional and local sites.

As a sports club, Craigmore High School is proud to offer a soccer academy aligned with the Australian Curriculum and SACE. In addition to the sports academy, the school provides various extracurricular activities, including a STEM club and Pedal Prix. The Craigmore Alternative Learning and Mentoring programme (CALM) is also available to support students with alternative learning pathways.
