Regular pool sessions are organised to complement other training activities such as road runs, skills sessions, cross-fit programmes, and beach sessions. With the beautiful beaches of the North Coast region nearby, training with the Coffs Harbour Swans promises to be varied and never boring.

Training sessions for the club take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 5:30 pm for the under 18's team and followed by the senior team at 6 pm. Matches for the under 18's, reserves, and seniors are usually played on Saturdays, whilst junior games take place on Sundays.
