CDHBU Football & Netball Club, also known as Coreen Daysdale Hopefield Buraja United, is a sports club located in the Corowa Shire Council area. The club is part of the Hume Football League and is known for its strong presence in both football and netball.
CDHBU Football & Netball Club is the result of a merger between the Coreen Football Club, the Daysdale Football Club, and the Hopefield Buraja Football Club. Initially, Coreen and Daysdale Football Clubs merged in 1996 to form the CDU Saints. After the addition of the Hopefield Buraja Football Club in 2006, the club became CDHBU.
Over the years, CDHBU has had significant success in both football and netball. In 2006 and 2007, the club won back-to-back senior topships. The club has also made multiple finals appearances in 2000, 2004, and 2005.
CDHBU Football & Netball Club is proud to be a part of the Hume League since 2008. The move was made due to a clash of mascots and jumpers, resulting in the change from CDHBU Saints to CDHBU Power.
The club is supported by various sponsors, including Corowa Chaff Mill, Chester's Transport, Studio 104 Hair Design, WB Hunter, Kilara Group, Reilly's Retravision, Corowa Pump Shop, Complete Mini Excavations, Physiofix, Dunn's Twin City Cranes, and Potts & Schnelle.
